East Yorkshire..........Help needed.

Recommended Posts

Trying to find a good garage in East Yorkshire to replace the clutch in a 2005 model. Appreciate any suggestions as the Hull dealer appears to want his next holiday paid for by me!

Would it be cheaper to buy the clutch assembly from one of the suppliers on here and then find a fitter?

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

As a rule do not buy anything from the dealers, they charge a small fortune. The traders on here supply the same ot uprated parts for a lot less.

I will move this to the intro section so we can all say Hi and a local owner will help you out with someone to do the work.

Whereabouts in east yorkshire are you? I know of a place in Driffield that specialises in jap cars but i haven't used them myself yet. Also i have heard good reports about Atkins indpendent nissan in malton but that's a bit away. I live near Pocklington and will be using Atkins or Autosaurus to service mine.

Welcome bud.

I've just had mine fitted at Lockwood and Greenwodd in Manchester, they charged me £260 for the fitting and i bought the clutch off ZMANALEX who is on this forum for £285

Exedy Clutch Kits and Fidanza Lightened Alluminium Flys all now back in stock and good to go.

Pm me if I can help further.
