Good to see someone else struggling themselves.

I managed my 5Zigen to Buddy club swap, including the y pipe in about 1hr 30mins

You should have had it a lot easier, the 5Zigen hadnt been on 5 minutes and TGM will have put copper slip on the threads :p:teeth:

Ahh the old exhaust job, Ive done a few of these, plenty of duck oil / WD40 and heat it up a bit, even with a little clarke gas torch, try and use a hex socket on it so it doesnt round off, its not really a problem if it snaps as its fairly easy to get to to drill out.

Have fun :D

BAD BOI

You'll know how to fit mine then now

YOU CAN F@*K RIGHT OFF :lol:

I need 2 arm transplants asap

Why do you think we all happily pay garages 50 quid to fit them :bangin:

Nice one though mate, it is an experience! A bit of blow torch action always helps to get things moving :teeth:

Yeah i can understand why....but i was always going to fit my exhaust and its an experince i can be happy and proud with.

Didn't have a blow torch to hand so i went in with a drill and destroyed the nut......

by the way i wouldn't even attempt this if my car was on its jack :bangin:

If you dont have access to equipment dont even bother

Just make sure when you have a garage do it, they use copper slip/antisieze on the thread. Then you can give it a go next time in the knowledge that it will come off easily enough :teeth: Its only hard the first time when Nissan dont use it (costs extra pennies of course) so they sieze on and are an ar$e to remove!

Definately something worth doing yourself once, just for the experience

And no deafening me at Wales with my quiet Nismo :p
