rtbiscuit
This may sould silly but i can't get mine to stick on. i bought some carbon fibre covers from M350ZB, nothing wrong with them product is fine, what i need help with is how to attatch them. i've just tried no more nails super strong doublesided adhesion tape. it sticks fine to the CF but just won't grip to the original plastic covers. and this stuff is far more sticky than your average 3M tape. so what have other people used? should i just go and order some Tiger seal adhesive and make them permenant? and bond them on so they never come off? martinmac
I had the thin 3M tape in double rows on each face and it was fine. Have you cleaned the existing cover Rich. ( I think I know the answer to that ).
rtbiscuit
i gave them a through wipe down with a cleaning cloth. buth there seems to be a greasy residue on the surface, feels a bit like oil
clarkie34
Try alcohol say turpentine or white spirit.
Chris`I
Might be worth a bit of degreaser. So long as you dont mind possibly discolouring the original finish a bit. If its nice and clean, you should have no problems with it sticking.
Stew
Was going to say try cleaning the surface. Even keying it slightly would help.

rtbiscuit
both have just pinged up again, have tried adding heat into the equation as well as sitting heavy objects on them and leaving them. if that doesn't work then the little fekers are going to meet my friend sicaflex tigerseal. the strongest bonding agent known to man

srobrien
I used a glue gun on mine as the 3M tape kept unsticking, more permenant fix but i don't suppose i will be needing them removed for anything. R
