I mainly do private client work - domestic conveyancing, land queries, Wills, executries... bit of company work and commercial conveyancing/leasing. Non-contentious stuff in the main, so as I said I'm afraid my knowledge of small claims is rather limited. Is that the area you're in Digsy? Quote

We're holding up quite well, property is suffering sure but not nearly as much as other cities, and as we're quite diverse other areas are making up for it... people don't stop dying in a recession...
