ticking sound when moving!

Hi, I'm sure it's been raised before,but, what is a noticeable ticking sound as you drive along?,seems to come from the gearstick area. Cheers, had the car 4 days and it's awesome!.

Run for it, it's a BOMB

 

Could it be coming from the rear, if so you have the clicking axle. If under warranty then get them to fix it, and don't just let them grease as it will return. Glad to see you are enjoying the Zed experience, the smile never leaves your face

You will find that if its the clicky axle thing it will only do it everytime you move off.

If it is this problem ZMANALEX does a repare kit for it (thats unless your car is still in warranty as this was a warranty issue)

This noise does happen when I'm moving,but to be honest it sounds like it's coming from below the gearstick area.

can you describe the sound better, loud or faint.

 

 

there was a mention of something on the bulkhead, can't remember what but sounded like a ticking noise

thanks for this,I'm pretty sure its not the axle. this noise also seems to come and go to a degree. Heater connection sounds poss. as it seems to be that area.(gear stick-heater buttons!).Only had the car since friday so i supose Im listening for any noise-usual new carp syndrom!!.
