sunset350z
One would say remove the console and get at it from behind, but that's just a guess

P15UL T
if you pull on the rim of the gear knob gaiter this will pop out the heater controls allowing you to acess the 2 screws that hold the front section of the console on then if you slide both seats forward you will gain access to the 2 screws at the back, once these are loose you should be able to lift up the bottom part but this is very difficult to remove fully due to the handbrake, it can be done but you need to be able to release your handbrake (make sure your car isnt going to roll anywhere) you should know be able to get the switch section out from underneath good luck Paul

NWZ
Dont listen to them, they're just taking the p**s You actually have to close the wing mirrors in and do an ECU reset.
marzman
Paul is correct. Takes about 10 mins to get off, but the hard part is negotiating the handbrake. I raised my handbrake to its highest position and lifted it gently, but watch the front part on your stereo...
Dicky
one wonders why one wants to do that anyway? Thanks one and all. One had thought one might have to lift out ones centre console and one had already removed ones two back screws but couldn’t see how one could wangle it out after that. By the way the reason One wishes to do this??? Well you may or may not know that one is the guy with the “Chip Shop†fog lights on ones mean machine. One is fairly well know in these parts don’t one know ( see “Don’t get Jealous Nowâ€) viewtopic.php?f=9&t=21171 and one wants to switch them on and off!
