M350ZB
Right Today was the day of the insurance renewal letter arriving , What are your views on the following, i think its pretty good, but called adrian flux and they seemed pretty keen to be able to beat it, expecting a call back from them tommorrow. Right insurance with admiral, now have 5 YR N/C's, multi-car policy MG ZR S&D and Work And 350Z S use Both fully comp, with both protected no-claims bonus, legal expenses and courtesy car of course, im 22 and have 5 years no claims, the total price for both is £1332.43 Now that had gotta be pretty good, with admirals multi car polisy have been with them for the last two years, and seem pretty good, only thing was as mentioned in a previous thread, admiral can now cover and insure the cost of mods, but this is yet to reach the multicar policy, is onyl available on single policies. Looking forward to the call from adrian fluxx tommorrow and see what that brings, also going to be trawling the web tonihgt for good quotes and even thought of the option of two seperat policys, anyone got any good advice and what are your thoughts, i am pretty impressed Thanks M

H5
Go online and enter the same details on the Admiral site and I would expect the quote to be at least £200 cheaper....
Ian
Not a bad price I have never had a good price from flux for any car
Andy
You need to cover your mods mate!! In the event of an accident, i'm pretty sure they would disown you and you wouldn't be covered!!
clarkie34
As James has said be aware of Adrian Flux. I had a policy with them years ago, they gave me a very good price at the time. Then about a month into the policy they sent me a letter saying they had got my postcode wrong and that I would have to pay them more. I cancelled the policy and lost about half my money, but out of principal there was no way I was staying with them.

xStric9x
Bec and i just renewed our insurance and we now pay £230 with more than through quidco if that makes sence
Cara
I'm amazed at some of the high premiums, but I suppose being that few years older makes all the difference. We were £380, all mods declared. I'm 26 with 7 years NCB, and Doug is 29 with about the same NCB.
M350ZB
Just to clarify the mods are insured, but as such not covered, all mods have been insured but iin a pay out they would not pay out for them, if this makes sense ! , They have a new scheme where they are covered as well but only on a single poliicy not multi car policys ! Going to try admiral on line tonight and maybe do the cars indivdually and also multi-car, Ill keep you all informed with the adrain fluxx price, and as mentioned if they have such bad press from this site why are they a trader as such on here, only reason i went for it really! Lexx
You could always give "greenlight" a shout. They do some good cover for modified cars. And of course there is Sky - they'll probs match that quote, and cover all your mods like for like. Both me and my missus are with Sky, and Ollie and the team are spot on! Chris`I
As James has said be aware of Adrian Flux. They have a binding contract with you and should those terms change, fair enough they can say they wont insure you any more, but they have to give the money back as they are breaking the contract not you. They were at fault so it should not have cost you anything. It should have been them terminating it and not you cancelling it. I know its too late now for you, but others should be aware that this shouldnt be taken.

H5
To follow on from Chris's post, we have amended the traders banners (this was an oversight by the team, apologies) and hope you continue to get great service from the rest of our traders.
