maz77
was at the seafront Sunday afternoon. parked up to buy an ice cream. then I got back to the car, put the roof down and drove off. only for few yards to hear a man shouting asking me to stop. I parked up again and got out of the car to see what's happening. to find him with his son, about 5 years old or so. THE KID WAS IN TEARS. he immediately apologised for stopping me and asked me if I could keep the car still for a minute. apparently the kid was trying to take pictures of the car but he missed the shot as I took off. I said of course and apologised to the kid. I even got him to sit in the driver's seat as his father took pictures of him in the car. afterwards the kid was laughing his head off and jumping up and down. he loved it and wanted to print out the pictures on a big poster for his bedroom wall and promised he will buy one when he is old enough. that certainly made my day. and the kid's for the matter. my love to the car grows more every day, and when a child admires something that can only speak of its beauty. in 15 years time or so, he will be one happy Zed driver. if they still make them this good anyway. Stew
My niece (5) loves when I pick her up from School in the Zed. Kids know whats cool - you don't see them saying 'I know, when I'm old enough I'll buy a mondeo estate. Nice and roomy...' Very nice of you to do that for the little one though! Chris`I
Kids know whats cool - you don't see them saying 'I know, when I'm old enough I'll buy a mondeo estate. Nice and roomy...' +1 - when I dropped my old boss off at home one day, I had to take his lad (about 7 or 8 at the time) for a quick blast around the block. He was well impressed and was going to tell all his mates at school the next day. Told his dad he had to get one, and to be fair he did look into getting a G35/G37 but decided it wasnt practical enough.

mc
A little lad about 5 or 6 walked past my car with his dad as I pulled up once, then the lad came back and waited patiently by the door till I got out so he could ask me how fast the car was that was better than the time a local chav told me my car was 'sick', and would I swap it for his mobile? Ian
that was better than the time a local chav told me my car was 'sick', and would I swap it for his mobile? I got offered a 1.6 focus for mine, he got quite upset when i told him no & he claimed he would build a better Z than mine

adammitch69
I am always surprised by the positive attention the 350Z gets - have loads of random people comment on my car, definately wouldn't get that if I had bought a boxster or CLK. With the roof down most people wonder what it is - you can see them looking at the Nissan badge with a blank expression ha ha

H5
It's nice when kids like the car - I had a lad taking pictures out the window of the family bore box at the weekend. As for blondey, compared to an SR-T, it might well suck off the line. But then remind her over here we have corners!
