Thelongads
Hi - I've potentially got a buyer for my car, he is coming down from Scotland with cash in hand so looking good The notes are Scotish bank notes, may seem a funny question but these are fine to accept in England ??? I just recall some news about some places not accepting them. probably just being paranoid but thought it worth checking cheers Ads
BulletMagnet
They are fine to use in the UK. My brother usually brings back £100 notes, just to see the funny looks from unedjucated UK shop owners.
Stew
They should be fine bud, you get the odd idiot that doesn't accept them but the bank will. Scottish notes aren't a legal tender though officially! Depending which bank they are from they might like like Euros!
