Craig782
OK ive got myself an issue with a cat!!!!! The bloody thing uses my other car as a ramp to next doors garden wall! Anything I can buy or spray on the car to deter the little F@%ker? Anyone come across a normal cleaning product that they dont like or something. The little paw prints on a freshly cleaned or waxed car is driving me mad
S1 HNK
shoot it seriously though, i dont think theres anything you can do. I suppose a car cover but it would be a pain putting it on every night
martinmac
Having worked in a garden centre selling many of the latest "miracle" products to deter cats such as Lion Dung ( ) the simle nswer is no. Put a small dance on top of the wall and the cat will have to find another route.

Maccaman
My cat has been getting his own back on me lately. If I put him out & don't let him back in he just goes and finds some mud, then walks all over my bonnet. The little poppet

ZeddZ
If you can catch it with a hose or a water pistol when its on your car, that should keep it away. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JsSIVeVbSU
Craig782
Its always night time otherwise i would unleash the dog but knowing my dopey mut, he would probably run a mile not the cat! So do none of these garden products work????
Trev-the-Rev
Get yourself a big tin of cheap curry powder and sprinkle it around everywhere the cat goes. They hate the smell and they hate it even more when it gets on their feet and they try to lick it off
Chesterfield
Try a citrus based degreaser under the car and perhaps along the top of the wall that it is jumping to. Cats hate citrus, so it should encourage it to find a different route.
Stew
Definitely try the citrus route! Orange peels are good too, just leave then around where you don't want puss visiting! They are the best things to try. A good soaking is an idea but you have to get it before it goes near the car or the claws will be out! H5
Having 2 cats I had this problem when I first got them. A quick spray of water when they are in the vicinity tends to deter them. Don't drench it, just spray it so it gets the idea.
Tim S
I've found one of these: http://tinyurl.com/cdxfr7 works well with my own cat, and he doesn't know it's me . However it does have a wide arc of spray and will get you, the postman, the bin man etc. too.
3FIDDYZ
Sprinkle pepper around your car and they wont go near it, a nice strong one... You can also get a sprt of sonic blaster that does the trick, you cant hear it but the cat can.... scares the bejesus out of them
CaptainSensible
Gents, you are approaching this from the wrong angle. If you want to stop a cat walking on your car you need to offer it something more appealing to attack. I suggest planting some cat mint in your garden, they go nuts for it.
