Chilli Red
ESR ARE a limited company. Hmm, Envy told me different. Are there administrators then? They haven't gone bankrupt though have they!? They are limited, don't know who told you they weren't.

Chesterfield
All - in order to ensure the issues experienced by members dont get lost amongst several threads posts etc, we have created a specific section of the forum for those affected. Those affected should be able to see a new section on their forum index. This should hopefully allow for a concise list of issues to be compiled, which should also allow for swifter resolution. It will also ensure that the section can be kept focussed on the isues at hand for those members. If anyone else requires access, please advise either myself, Mike or Neo and we can arrange access for you. Hope this helps guys.

RobD7
Good idea, thanks I feel for you with the £1,200, that is a lot of money. Fingers crossed for you mate
martinmac
Do you want to coordinate this Andrew as you have the largest outstanding amount. A spreadsheet of what has been ordered, when, how much and any communication to date would be good to start with.
AK350Z
Errr, I suppose. Don't think i'm a natural co-ordinator though If everyone can get their details into the special forum for a start, and i'll PM folk for missing details i guess. Should probably check people have any supporting paperwork too. I don't have anything except a copy of my account details, no reciepts or anything. So unless the great man comes round 110%, the only possible result is someone agreeing that a)I gave Phil £1200, and records show nothing was sent out to me. martinmac
Hopefully it wont run the full course but having the details together is an important first step.
AK350Z
Yes, I belive Andrew thought i was trying to pull a fast one, but as he said to me in a PM, he didn't have access to Phils accounts so wouldn't have seen the big ol' transfer sitting there!
