Paintshield Posted June 6, 2006 Share Posted June 6, 2006 That would be one way to go except if they can demonstrate they really DID fire diamonds at the car in which case the ASA would not view it as misleading. They can and usually do demand proof from the advertiser. We know this as I reported a competitor for misleading statements and they were forced to pull the ad as they could not supply the proof of the claim.
