It’s designed for the 06> Bose headunit replacement, as the 06> had a round edged Bose unit compared the one more square unit we have in the earlier models…

Yes i seen that one but i want to install a double din AV unit, and i've heard there's issues with gaps underneath the unit when fitted.

Anyone else fitted a double din head unit in an '04' model? Any issues with the fitment?

Although it shows 2 single DIN slots the middle section is removable to turn it into the Double DIN adapter. Might be worth emailing them to double check.

You might wanna wait and see if you definately need one, i fitted a jvc and using the adaptor made it awful looking so i actually fitted it further back into the dash using a dremmel and it now fits perfect.
