srobrien
Just gave the 350 it's first big detail and valet since I got her last week. I noticed a small scrape on the corner of the bumper where the previous owner has obviously misjudged a parking space width. I gave it a little rub with the wash mit to see if i could clean it up and a whole heap of paint has just flaked off..AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! To be honest the bumper could be done with a respray but OMG that water based paint is C*AP! Im so dissapointed as my bumper looks a mess now and the rest of the car is immaculate... Well P*ssed!! martinmac
Thats bad news bud, I had a bemper car session with a Cossie just after my kit was fitted. A very nice guy in Sunderland fixed it very quickly and for a very reasonable price, it also include repair to the skirt. At least you have found it before the driving season comes. edit. And yes, water based is rubbish.

Sarnie
I think the term for the paint is 'anorexic'
