I had the standard remote control car aerial, bought a little stubby black one off eBay.

 

The kind of one that a kid would buy in anodised blue for his red Saxo. But I guess it would be better than standard for the time being.

 

Well the reception is a bit crappy If I'm honest. But it doesn't look OEM which is slightly annoying.

 

This s2000 stubby? How's the reception on one of those? I'm assuming it kind of mates the circumference of the base so it doesn't look like tacky crap stuck on?

Reception was fine for me. The base and aerial don't match up exactly but you have to look close to see it and its certainly doesn't look like a "tacky crap stuck on". A good cheap mod. :)

Travelled all over the country with the stubby, never had any problems :D

 

You are talking about the aerial aren't you??????

If itf not too late, you can save £10 by buying the Honda CRV aerial should only be £20 the S2000 is £30, exactly the same product, I got mone last week, works fine. :thumbs:
