Tommy T
Hi All, I've had an '04 350Z GT for 18 months now and just came accross your excellent site and thought it criminal not to join. The question: On a couple of occasions I've been viciously attacked by kerbs which have lept up and caught the alloys, obviously I'm far too good a driver to have done it myself . Do any of you know how much I should be shelling out per wheel to get them tidied up? Also any reccomendations of places around North Surrey? Cheers, Tommy T
martinmac
Hi and welcome to the forum. The going rate for a good refurb seems to be about £45-50. Will leave the recimmendations to the owners in your area.

Tommy T
Hmm... also first time posting on any forum or getting any alloys smartened up - does it show? Methinks this will be a learning experience. Will arm myself with camera tomorrow morning.

Maccaman
I was the same when I joined so don't worry about it. The best way to do your photos is to open a free Photobucket account, upload your pics & then post the link. Any questions or problems will be readily answered by one of the very helpful members, so enjoy.

martinmac
Just spoken to Ebized and he is ripping his office to pieces at the moment but he will post up details for the alloy guy over the weekend when he finds his PC again
stanski
Hi and to the club - those damn kerbstones they need to get house trained - have no respect for wheels do they! Looking forward to the pics

Lexx
Gotta hate the way kerbs are slways jumping out to attack us. My missus always complains that she needs a taxi to get to the pavement when I park! No way Im gunna risk my nice alloys though!

Stew
Welcome. If you get all 4 wheels done you could even customise them slightly. Maybe a different shade of silver or different colour altogether.
