H5
As long as they're Coupe's, I'd agree. The Cayman is an annoyingly good car too.
GIXXERUK
All apart from the 'C' bit in those model number's, I'd agree. The Cayman is an annoyingly good car too. its probably going to be a 911 or cayman for me next, really didt like the cayman at first but its definitely grown on me nowt wrong with the carrera rob
H5
Change my post bud, sorry! I don't like the looks of the Cayman, but to drive it's a bit good.....
GIXXERUK
hated the cayman to start with, it looked like a mongrel 911 but i really like the red cayman now, needs new rims and lowering to make it more aggressive and the prices have dropped nicely
Chris`I
I don't like the looks of the Cayman, but to drive it's a bit good..... Cayan S perhaps, but I took a Cayman around Thruxton and wasnt massively impressed with it. Sure it feels about as good as the Zed (and probably quicker), but it just seemed to lack something. If I was paying that much more over a Zed (in price and servicing), I'd want more. Saying that the interior is much nicer than the Zed. I'm holding out on the 370z

And i agree - i hated Cayman too (Gayman, as they were originally known!), but now i want one (cayman, not gayman !).
Trev-the-Rev
Very nice choice. I'm really into the idea of a Porsche next (Cayman S or C4S) but I do struggle with the prices that they fetch. It's not the actual amount, just how much more they are than a Zed. And although they're great cars, they aren't that much better imo. I parked it next to the Zed and thought there was no way it looked better than the Zed. Then there was the price. By the time you have a CD player and stitching on the seats (it was 6 months old) it was still £40k+ at the time. No way is it twice as good as the Zed..... Stew
I remember taking a Cayman S out when they weren't that old. Parked the Zed up all clean. Took the Cayman for a blast. The grip was unbelievable (that was the sales dude driving though I NEVER push cars that much!) but apart from that, very underwhelmed. Sure the interior was nicer but it just wasn't worth the £45k price tag. The whole time I was in it I was thinking, slightly older C4S..... I love 911s so it would have to be a 911 for me. My mate (independent German specialist including Porsche) put me off with costs if things go wrong! He did say get an older one, much better. Although going to GT3s and Turbos is a different thing altogether! I can't wait to see the pics.
Sarnie
The thing which Porsches is that they sound @*!#. Proper uninspiring, perfectly capable dull cars. There isn't one that i would have over something else in the same price bracket.
