Cleaning nismo S-Tune air filter element?

Do you need to do this with the Nismo element, i am guessing its a long life one that needs cleaning every now and again?

 

What do you use to clean it if it does, many thanks.

I do mine whenever it goes in for a service. Should probably do it more often, but hey at least it gets done

OK great thanks, i think i might have a cleaner kit like that left over from an old pipercross kit or somesuch, will have a look.
