Stew
I could post some good pics of facilities I've used when I lived in Siberia. In fact I wouldn't because they still haunt me!

Stew
Well put it this way, the pic martin put up is luxury. Think hole in the ground and it you are lucky it has a homemade wooden hut. Also Siberia in the summer is 40*C and in winter it can hit -50*C....... smell in the summer is horrendous and the chill in the winter, well you can imagine. I did have a 'moment' after eating something dodgy in the winter. It was a decent day so about -37*C and I well, had to go.... immediately! A few body parts touched the snow and it was a little uncomfortable.... Funny but something similar happened in the Sahara too when it was 50*C but it was a rather warm shock from the sand I do have lots of non toilet related stories! stanski
Ok thanks Stew I think we can leave the rest to the viewers imagination!! (I have suddenly stopped eating my tea now!) (almost as bad as the Chalet of doom in Fort Augustus! )
