sunset350z
I get my oil and filter changed regularly by kwik fit. I was charged £39.99 for Mobil 1 5w 30 fully synthetic!! See, they do have their uses sometimes. Why get your hands dirty, dispose of it properly, and pay more for the oil and filter from halfords etc. You know it makes sense

Adriank
i used to use the silkolene pro S from oilman on my old Integra, but the guy i get my servicing done with uses castrol edge 10-60 in everything, as its what his race cars run. Should i avoid that oilin the 350, or would it be ok still? I'm going to have a look round locally and see what i can find in 5-30, but most are in 4l tubs so going to have to get a 4ltr and a 1ltr :-(
GIXXERUK
Do you have any idea on oil temps? The Castrol RS is now known as the Castrol Edge Sport here http//www.opieoils.co.uk To be honest you can do much better, take a look at the ester based oils of the Silkolene Pro S and the Motul 300v. These are proper performance synthetics. Cheers Guy. FROM OPIE .........
