350Znismo Posted April 20, 2006 Share Posted April 20, 2006 I got off my last two camera fines but the first was through luck, With both I did not answer the 28 days notice to name the driver. The first time they then took me to court under failure to name the driver, and I sent in a copy saying this is the second copy I have sent to you, they then said if I admit the offence then it would go back to speeding but this went over the 6 months so I could not be prosecuted.
