ClarCE
After phoning the AA to advise them of my modifications, they said they wouldn't cover the induction kit, even though it makes no difference to performance. I took this policy out in August when I got the car for the princely sum of £1076. I have just cancelled this, and taken out a new one with Sky via QBE. Including modifications, upto 15K miles per year and 2 years no claims with no convictions / claims in last 5 years my new premium is... ..£741!! That makes me rather happy Cheers Sky! Chris. It certainly pays to pick your insurer very carefully.. in my opinion, specialist cars (especially when modified) require specialist insurers.
