dcash5
Once again for what seems like the 15th time this week I stand corrected!
RobD7
Mate, really sorry to read this... Still at least it's on the bumber so easy to sort out rather than on the bodywork! Do feel for you
AK350Z
Been away to leeds festival all weekend, so i popped round the bodyshop today to pick the Zed up: BEFORE: AFTER: AFTER AGAIN: Now the bodyshop have done a good job, but i'm not convinced its 100% there is a *slight* difference in shade; like maybe 5%, but i don't want to fly off on one just yet because A) i havent cleaned/clayed/sealed/waxed it yet and i know that part of the bumper has been resprayed, so i'm looking for differences. Like i said it is really slight, and it might just be a difference in gloss or paint thickness, so i will try to do something before i go back down to kent tomorrow! Oh, and don't read too much into the actuall pics themselves, they were taken on my phone! For those who are interested, the Rosso red IS clearcoated, the bodyshop guy showed me the topcoat colour, and it was this weird fuchsia purple colour! Apparently when it dries it goes the correct shade But overall -
Trev-the-Rev
As you say the pics aren't the best, but it looks ok from what you can see.
neodc
i'd send the car back in again, they've oversprayed white all over your numberplate area... not so good.
Stew
i'd send the car back in again, they've oversprayed white all over your numberplate area... not so good. I'll stick my neck out and say that is probably polish / wax that has gone onto the black surface.
