What rear skirt is this??

Hi guys,

 

Does anyone know what rear skirt this is? I really like it, i saw this off a youtube vid. I would love to have this as a full bumper but dont think anyone makes it, why is it that there are so few aftermarket rear bumpers for the zed? and the ones that are available all have the square number plate recess instead of the UK rectangular style.

 

Anyway, heres the pic of the one that i like,any ideas what it is??
