motorboy Posted June 30, 2008 Share Posted June 30, 2008 help help guys,like a plonk i was sorting my throttle pedal alloy rest out and removed the throttle unit from the car,disconected the grey plug from the potentiometer,realised the ignition was on,when i refited it i started the car up and now it stays at fast idle of about 1200rpm,the engine lite is on and also tcs and slip light remain on and the throttle pedal does not react,ive tried the ecu reset in the guide several times but cannot get the cel light to even flash or go out,what could be wrong,hope someone can help,thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In the meantime, i know you tried the ecu reset but have you tried the throttle body reset? If not then its on the final page of www.motordyneengineering.com/manual.pdf good luck!
