Digsy
Nice spot. Have you reported him to Ebay? They are supposed to take these things seriously now. They did manage to take a genuine Paul Smith suit off that I was selling on the grounds that it might be fake. Muppets.

Rob_Quads
Not sure you can report him to ebay as he is doing nothing wrong. Hes selling exactly what he is advertising. If he was selling them as BOSCH and then sending out BOCSH then it would be different but hes not. You just have to be very careful when buying from ebay. Legally its called "passing off" and, whilst its not a criminal offence, it is an infringement of Bosch's intellectual property rights such that Bosch could bring legal action. Ebay may not take much notice of a potential punter's complaint but should take a complaint from Bosch seriously. Of course, if Ebay really want to convince us that their site isn't really a hotbed of fraud they should take action against any sellers such as this, as their intention is to pass of their shoddy goods to the unsuspecting as the real thing. Andy
Ebay would probably take it seriously now. They seem to have changed their stance on things in the last 6 months or so as people know that it is a good place to shift on dodgy/stolen goods etc. Good spot though mate
