Tere
Here's a couple quickie videos of my supercharged '03 350 running the front straight of a 2.9 mile road course at the Texas World Speedway ( http://www.texasworldspeedway.com/index ... n=diagrams ). On the front straight, you hit around 140-150. Probably best to do a right click on the link and Save As to your computer, then play. http://zchickz.com/tere-tws1.mpg http://zchickz.com/tere-tws3.mpg
Maccaman
That looks awesome. Were you racing there or just having a track day?

Tere
Thanks y'all! It was a track day. We had about 60 cars -- 911s, Boxters, M3s, Zs, Vettes, Miatas, S2000s, a lone Supra, an Exige, and other odds and ends. The white Vette trailing me in the second video made a pretty exciting track departure in that session -- did a couple 360s in the dirt during a really challenging turn series (decreasing radius hard 160 right immediately followed by a quick 90 left). Lol... She does sound like a jet, and certainly quite a bit different than the typical 350Z. Now you know why her plates say FLYIN Z! bronzee
Yay!!! Go girl power Tere!!! Certainly not your stock 350z.

Tere
Honest officer, I wasn't driving fast, I was just flying low... Do ya think the gendarmes will buy that line? LOL... Last time I got stopped, it didn't work. He accused the FLYIN Z of flying at 83 mph. All I could do was laugh and think, dude, you haven't even seen her really fly! Tere
Thanks! Being a lover of jet noise, it was all carefully cultivated to get as close as possible to a turbojet sound. It's why I don't turn the sound system on -- too much fun making my own music with the Z.
