janz70 Posted May 13, 2008 Share Posted May 13, 2008 hi all, the exterior door handle is getting tarnished in places, looks like the lacquer has come/coming off - what can i do to get it like new. would I be able to shine it back up with a metal polish or would that be to harsh -then protect it with a coat of wax. Ideally i would like to remove it , polish it up and lacquer it so it doesn't happen again but that sounds like it would be a mare of a job to do Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
