Leenx
Hey all, Another mini mod question!! Just received my 350z badge to replace the fairlady Z badge I have on the rear of the car exterior. I don't want to ruin the paint and want to make sure the badge I put on - goes on and stays on, however the 350z badge I wanto to put on looks like it has a weak adhesive on the back ( sticker like) So: 1. WHAT'S BEST METHOD FOR TAKING OFF EXISTING BADGE? 2. WHAT'S BEST METHOD FOR PUTTING ON NEW ONE? Again - thanks in advance for your advice!! M13KYF
Hairdryer and dental floss is generally used to get the old badge off
350Znismo
I took off the fairlady and left on the old Z as you can use this as the set position for the 350. use the Hairdryer and dental floss then a little tee cut to remove the glue. afreemason
Taking off ...... hot water and a credit card (preferably the one the other half keeps running a bill up on as it's gonna get trashed ) Putting on ...... other than make sure the surface is wax free (ie clean it off with white sprit) stick and hope (then polish afterwards to replace any protection the paint may have enjoyed ) !!!!
