Good afternoon Guys,

Looking to replace my front and rear discs and pads on my 370z Nismo V2. Doesn't get tracked, so not looking a big brake kits just something to improve on the none existence that is currently there.

What are peoples recommendations? It does have Brembo's if that helps.

Regards

Josh

I upgraded the braking capability on my 350Z many years ago....

Went to:

Ferodo DS2500 pads. Great and very little brake dust.

Plus RBF600 fluid.

I'm try to keep the Z as OEM as possible - the above are the only two Mods I ever felt the need for. Now on 115k miles including a few track days and 100+ laps of the Nordschleife in the cars early years.

Not sure Ferodo do DS2500s for the 370 as they come from their Motorsports division, but worth it if you can find them.

If you're looking to replace all of them in one go, you'd be better off going for one of our pack deals as you're saving money compared to adding everything to cart seperately.

Pricing on brakes for 350z and 370z for some reason has shot up in the last 1-2 years, more so than other parts.

Pack deals listed here: https://www.torqen.uk/877-pack-deals

If you go over to the second page, there's some DBA discs mixed with either Ferodo or Hawk pads as others have suggested, they're great quality and becoming more affordable than the likes of Stoptech.

We've also started developing our own brake discs, really good quality and slightly cheaper as we have more control over the pricing.

Front Discs: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/brakes/discs/246118-370z-z34-torqen-anchorz-street-high-performance-brake-discs-front.html

Rear Discs: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/brakes/discs/246119-370z-z34-torqen-anchorz-street-high-performance-brake-discs-rear.html

Which you could pair with any of the pads we sell:

Hello Coz,

I'm looking for front brake pads (rear also in the future) and this might be a stupid question but the stoptech pads say Akebono brakes, are these upgraded discs?

Would you recommend Stoptech over the Hawk pads?

Edit: Just had a quick research and the Akebono brakes are related to the calipers which my 40th anniversary has so please ignore.

Hello!

You're correct regarding the Akebono part, it's referencing they fit those calipers.

Hawk ceramics produce less dust, they also offer a range for track use, however that will be overkill for what you're needing.

We usually recommend Stoptech Sport or Hawk Ceramics for fast road/daily use.

Feel free to drop me a message if you have anymore questions.
