AssaTM
Hi all, I'm a new 370z owner here so certain things are different to previous cars I have owned, such as aftermarket pads etc that are worth paying more for and general maintenance. I've just had the car serviced and everything is fine but the pads are starting to wear and I can now audibly hear it so I'm looking to get some new ones, I have the red brake calipers so I believe they would be the Akebono calipers if on a 2015 model? If so what pads are recommended? and on top of that, is there any easy way to identify when the discs need changing as well, or should I do it all at the same time? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Ben@TORQEN
Hi, welcome to the community! It's not necessary to change the discs as well unless you can see that they are very worn. I will link below the pads that we recommend at Torqen. Stoptech: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/brakes/pads/1123-370z-stoptech-sport-brake-pads-for-akebono-brakes-rear-30913470.html https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/brakes/pads/1124-370z-stoptech-sport-brake-pads-for-akebono-brakes-front-30913460.html Hawk: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/brakes/pads/1082-370z-hawk-blue-9012-front-pads-akebono-sport-hb601e626.html https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/brakes/pads/1083-370z-hawk-blue-9012-rear-pads-akebono-sport-hb602e545.html We would recommend changing the fluid as well: https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/brakes/fluid/2067-370z-motul-rbf-600-racing-brake-fluid-dot-4-100949.html Hope that helps
AssaTM
Thank you! That is very informative and I really do appreciate it! Which out of those two do you recommend? I use the car as a daily driver if that affects anything at all, no track racing etc
Ben@TORQEN
Stoptech are probably your best bet, glad I could help! Feel free to shoot over a message if you need any advice in future. Cheers, Ben

Good pads and work well, p!us cheaper than the standard Nissan items.
