MONKEYSOCKS
Probably a very stupid question but lathewerks make a solid aluminium honda s2000 antenna. My question is, will it work seeing as there are no wires in it?
Ekona
There’s no wires in any aerial of that kind of construction, plastic or aluminium. So yes, it’ll be fine

MONKEYSOCKS
Is 0.5 the base measurement? 🤔
Ekona
A link might help here…
MONKEYSOCKS
Oh sorry, I mean the measurement of the base that's on the car for the antenna to fit to, he'll make the antenna to fit.
Ekona
0.5 what? Inches, mm, cm etc. Pop outside, take yours off and measure it to be sure.
MONKEYSOCKS
On holiday, keep sneaking off from the Mrs to try and get it ordered. I'll give it a measure when I get back. Cheers though. 👍
ilogikal1
Don't know about the measurement (and I'm too lazy to go check, frankly) but the standard S2000 "stubby" aerial fits, so if it fits that it should* fit the Z. What I will say though, is that the mounting point is black, so I think it'll look odd fitted. *Disclaimer, I take no responsibility if, for any reason (including, but not limited to, it being bigger or smaller in any way) if it doesn't. Ordering it in black, so should work out.
