Charlie_W
7 months into ownership and my first problem with the Z (well that's if you don't count the damn clicky axles on the 1st day ) Pulling away from a junction last night, seemed to stutter forward as if I'd let the clutch out too quickly. Then noticed immediate power loss with the engine and ESP / traction control warning lights both on Pulled over and turned off the engine for a few minutes. When I restarted, only the engine warning light was on but full power seemed to be restored I've had it in the stealers today and they've said it due to low power in the battery which has sent the ECU round the bend (apparently they had alot of error codes which I'm going to get hold of tomorrow). Said that the battery needs to be replaced Anyone heard of this before or are they trying to pull the wool over my eyes? Grateful for anyone who in wiser than me
Beavis
Have heard that the zed's electronics are fussy about the state/charge of the battery
