No power supply in the wire that goes to boot actuator

Hi, my boot is not opening and, from a quick investigation, it appears that there is no power supply in the wire that goes to the actuator (see pic below).

This wire is coming from another bunch of nicely OE packed wires, so before touching it, I am wondering whether anyone may have any experience about where I should looking at. Before you ask, there is power supply to the licence plate lights, that are working fine.
