danj00
Hi, So I’m new to Z ownership and I have done an oil change and filter change. Afterwards, my oil pressure was reading as 0 and the oil light was on. I assumed it was the oil pressure sensor because it’s near the filter and I had a hard time getting the filter off so I could’ve damaged it in some way there. I have tried 2 sensors now, a cheap eBay one and and OEM one from Torqen but the issue is exactly the same. I did a pressure test with a mechanical testing gauge and the pressure was good, so I know it’s not anything terrible. I’m just a bit stuck as to where to go from here. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
ZMANALEX
Sensor, wiring or gauge initially. Pull the wire from the sensor and take it to ground and check if the oil gauge moves.

Which wire should I ground out? There’s 3 separate ones, 12V, ground and the signal. Thanks
danj00
Well I discovered my issue, should’ve checked the wiring…
