bytespc
Hey up peeps, after reading many recommendations for the Ctek Trickle chargers I took the plunge and bought one, after a bit of a faff fitting it ( pesky Push Clips ) its now sat merrily reconditioning my nearly flat battery, my question is the bonnet position, not wishing to leave it wide open to let in critters of 4 or 8 leg varieties I've left it resting on the catch, is this ok ? alexgv1
Never caused me any problems. Just disarms the bonnet sensor part of the alarm (on mine at least). Only threat is two legged critters now.
davey_83
I've ran mine up via the scuttle using the eyelet connectors, you can then charge the battery without needing to gain entry.

Ive done the same with mine too. Eyelet connector is great!
bytespc
Thanks guys that's put my mind at rest, I bought the extension so all good and the eyelets where my preferred connection method as when not in use the connection can hide in the battery compartment nice and neat.
