Apologies if slightly clickbaity title

As you guys know I love my wheels. As per title what do you think these two will have to drop to before someone is crazy enough to buy? Already been reduced a grand since I have had eye on them. Fully loaded

Side Question: Would you need to go to a specialist to get tyres swapped? Whats the general look after protocol for these?

Mannn carbon wheels. Well Nissan now claim to produce their own carbon fibre. Lets see how they incorporate it into the new cars.

I think this car says dealer only on anything. Its a car a youtuber would buy or lend for the extra views. Would be cool to review it though.

£52k thats a Cotswold/Yorkshire toy right there. They should include rifle storage and a cigar case. They are the only people able to buy it and not blink.

Even though im not huge on Renault. They are trying with the Megane and Alpine. Just not sure if the market are ready to pay a premium for Renault.

It even says dealer contribution of £11,000 so its really £63,000. you think theyll sell 30?

Because carbon.

It's the same reason you would need to take it to a specialist just to lift the (carbon) bonnet. It's not a material that just any mere mortal can handle, y'know.

I'd think the main stealer are the only ones who will touch the wheels and only as they have to, they will also damage them of course. I can't see any regular tyre shop willing to touch them, if they get damaged they can't just send them round the corner to their mats Daves shop to be repaired.

People think that a tyre change is a tyre change regardless of the car 😆

Theres a guy in Wembley with a Bugatti Veyron who had aftermarket rims that got his tyres changed at Wembley tyres. He took issue with people asking about the rumours of nitrogen and only going to Bugatti to get any work done.

A case of each to their own in regards to tyre changes. Im sure most people arent bothered by using special gas, special services  or special tyres since they wont be exceeding 20 mph in London. Use protective rubber and be careful

This one is a bit more tempting at £25k @5k miles probable list price £32 . My Nismo is valued at £22k PE so a bit more and can swap for this

The facelift (attached also) has a stubby aerial. Do you think this is a simple swap should one want to save cash and get the pre-facelift?

I wouldn't swap. The depreciation is crazy. Only Renault think its worth that much. These dealers never buy their cars back if you need to get rid and I'm guessing its just as slow a seller. Go for a test drive but dont swap it.

Aerial Parts should be similar but you never know with Renault

Fair enough. 400 Chirons is a lot for a niche market tbh considering the cost

I can see the appeal of trophy/cup/limited edition/performance hatchbacks like the Clio V6, Mégane Sport, VXR, Focus ST/RS. The proposed Golf 400R from a few years back cancelled because of dieselgate.

Renault have a wide audience in Europe but its about affordability

Exactly, they’re so bad they only managed to sell... what, ~400 Chirons across the entire planet!

;)

I am of course, basing my entire opinion of French cars on the one French car we have ever owned. Therefore they are bloody awful

If one of you kind gents would like to buy my a Bugatti so I can be shown the light, then im always open to correcting my views :D
