formatzero
Had engine management light come on and garage identified car running extremely lean.Turns out this is due to air being drawn in a small metal tube on the left hand side of the Motordyne plenum cover.Garage dont know if this should have a tube fitted to it or it should be blanked off as blanking it off returns fuel levels perfectly, anyone any clues?cheers

msitpro
lol - change the fuelling via a remap and you'll gain power I'd love to suddenly find my engine running lean while still giving normal power - means there's more power on the table. davey_83
I had a vac leak post throttle body and it made my engine run rich as the ECU was trying to save the engine. Leak was from a catch can hose plumbed to the port near the one you mentioned. Mpg on a run went down 12 which was alarming.
