Good one. The standard suspension IS very good so if your going to upgrade get something decent.

my mods:

Lighter wheels with wider tyres

282 calipers (same as UK spec)

Discs and Ferodo DS2500 pads from Bigphil

Uprated ARB's

Momo Steering wheel

NGK leads and uprated plugs

Mugen Manifold

Mugen Exhaust

Mugen replica carbon intake

Cusco Brake stopper

Goodridge Stainless brake lines

Motul brake fluid (bigphil)

Backyard special front upper brace

Spoon rear upper brake

Mugen rear trailing arm bushes

Some other bits and bobs that are cosmetic. but im soon to get some more under braces and suspension if i can save

My advice to you is to not concentrate on power as unless you go FI (which isnt reliable going off experience of others) you wont get any big gains and just concentrate on your brakes and suspension. Standard intake IS the best you can get for the integra, just get a spoon drop in filter.

depending on what cash your throwing at it...

if small amount of cash:

then upgraded discs and pads (best you can afford, jap brands seem good for the integra's)

spoon drop in

upgraded spring/shock combo (standard units are supposedly past there best at 30k and worth replacing after 50k)

If your spending abit more then :

Endless calipers with uprated disc/pad combo

Ohlins/Zeal or some such coilovers

TODA manifold

Spoon n1 with bung or Mugen exhaust (for noise regulations)

Also a good set of tyres go along way. A048's are meant to be good on track.

At donny I was lapping around the 1:30 - 1:32 mark in my DC5. Not sure if thats quick or slow. Was really fun though. Id imagine the DC2 to be a tad slower on track but probably more fun. You really need to work the DC2 to get the most out of it, its alot more adjustable on the limit but i dont think that makes it any faster. I didnt have too much trouble with a Boxster-S recently though so you never know.

Just got me a GRP/Kevlar Corbeau Sprint seat. B)

My mods list has now changed as per martins advice

I looked at accords but i actually found it hard to source a decent one. Stripped with a few mods there pretty quick. I would still plumb for the ITR though. EG6 has the same chassis as the integra so all the bits are interchangelable but lacking in power unless you can find one like my friends with an engine swap. 2.2 preludes are meant to be good on track too but still i still think their inferior to the integra.

Stick with Teg mate. Have you been on the ITR forum? Theres a half decent white one on there with buddyclub wheels. UK car 79k miles ... 5495ono.

Oh and a black jdm one with similar mileage for 5200. has a few choice mods too and buddyclub wheels also..
