Osakakev
Hi, My JDM Import has a Greddy Oil cooler fitted. When doing an oil change should I add extra oil to take it into account? I think the capacity of the cooler is just over half a litre Cheers
Eddie_r32
Just put oil in till the dipstick says its full, depending how its mounted depends if it will drain out when you drain the sump
G1en
If you have a thermostatic sandwich plate i dont think the oil in the lines and cooler will drain anyway so just add the standard amount. This will then mix with the oil held in the oil cooler when next running engine upto temp.
Osakakev
Thank you for the replies, it's much appreciated. I'm sure it has a thermostatic sandwich plate but I'll double check
