Very poor decision to have gone with the Dunlop rubbers, needed to be the Conti SC7, would have transformed the car as the tester wasn't best pleased with them. Wont be surprised if they are available for rent in Japan and US soon. Too much competition at that price of £66k Would love to give one a go. Just a shame how Nissan managed the production release of the car. No point importing a Nismo when an Emira is cheaper used with a couple of miles on. Lol...Nismo being quicker in a straight line. You bet Emira will hold value too.

Would be nice to even see a base model here in the UK in the flesh one day to see how it sits. Do really like the Emira, looks a class bit of kit tbf, would love one. At £50-65k its not value for money. Just bragging rights. At 25-30k maybe lol. At that price point M2, Alpine GT, TTRS, Emira, F Type R, 4 pot GTS Cayman. Many more cars cheaper than that Nismo with a few miles on. Lol.... New 86 with supercharger looks really good. At 1300kg and 350hp crank! Definitely, I think the Z in 'Nismo' trim has always been a hard sale over what I offers to a GT model. A 400hp auto Z34.5 would provide better value on the used market at least. Still doesn't add up the list of sports cars you mentioned above which all pass EU emissions plus the Supra and Z4, however the new Z can't 🙆♂️ Had a pull with Scott's from DriveR old boosted GT86 with 340hp, I wasn't impressed. GranTurismoEra
The one in the background is being released in USA this year. Are you looking to get one with a few miles on it? @davey_83 Apparently theyve only sold 2034 cars since 2022....Lol....That will keep prices inflated until production goes back to full speed end of the year and by then theyll have no choice but to offer heavy discounts as most people have moved on and hype is long dead. I can't see the Nismo selling huge numbers at $66k. Mustang and M2 will outsell it by 8 times. They should position it at the same price as the previous proto spec..55k Or do what Nissan UK did place them very close to the GT model by couple of grand. Theyll do better numbers! davey_83
I totally forgot he snap'd it also, even more retro points. I'd really like one and if the man maths said yes, I'd have a used one.
GranTurismoEra
It only took 8 years to be able to insure the 350Z at an acceptable price. Then another 8 years after seeing the 370Z in Vegas to get the Nismo....So worth the wait 😆. In this case it wont take that long to see reasonable prices. Just whether anyone can stomach giving 30% to customs!

GranTurismoEra
Florida? Smoking hot rocks. At $65,000 its still a stretch. Its going in Japan for more. 15 to 17 GTR can be got in UK for that. Crazy market. Markups need to be outlawed.

Yes sir for Nismo thats what its meant to be. or seen a few normal Zeds around 40k used and near new with hardly any miles on Exporter sites. In Japan used cars sitting at £33k and ST under 40k. Just customs eh. Few nice ones wish we had Russian rules. No VAT, No duties lol Doesn't matter though, these guys will have no choice but to lower prices the longer they sit there as more flood the market. It seems not many people are busting a gut to own one in Japan. A few coming up for sale in both US and Japan. GranTurismoEra
75k door to door. Facelift GTR money! A GTR 17 facelift sold for 56k in my area few weeks back....Im sure can get this bodykit for a few grand as well as the recaro seats directly from Nismo. Cheapest standard car is around £31,000. A Yellow base I saw. Cheapest Nismos were £59,000. You can pick up an 16/17 R8 v10 spyder or plus for 68k. Or 65k private sale in middle of winter. Who would by a Nismo for 75k shipped...Crazy. Ekona
It’s the new car vs old car argument there, and all of those mentioned will be at least double the amount to maintain. The fact that people are wanting the even uglier M2 at the same price is the real killer for me. I get cars are more expensive than they used to be, but a Nissan cannot go head to head with a premium manufacturer unless it’s oodles better or much cheaper.
