Is it not being sold in Europe or the UK?

No but you can import one from Japan once they get on the used market on Nissan Used Approved or Indie. Id wait at least a year and half if I had the money and get it in Winter.

Its due to Euro 7 Emissions in 2025. Whereas Toyota are selling their 86 for 2 years till then. No real business case for EU

Hold onto your Nismo until the prices come down Id say. Another couple of years. Maybe 2-3.

Just saw a Nissan crossover thing recently in what I believe is the Boulder Gray colour and tbh I think in British weather it looks a bit flat/dull. Could also perhaps have something to do with the model I saw not really being a looker. Could have been a Quashqai?

I've seen a photo of a blue 350z along side the new blue Z and tbh the new car is only a shade or two lighter. You have to remember all these shots have showroom spot lights and/or outside in the American sun so it really flatters and makes the colours pop more. I have a feeling the boulder gray and blue won't pop as much in British overcase conditions

Given the yellow has a fair amount of pearl in it I think it makes it alot more appealing then Vegas yellow on the  Audi S1. Would like to see the car with a front registration plate on it as it would break up the gaping grille somewhat.

As far as I know youre unlikely to see them here in the first 12-24 months as the retail price in Japan is around £10,000 higher than US. Then and 30% fees as mentioned earlier. Nissan USA claim of $40,000 is not guaranteed as markups are common over there.

However the Japanese are more critical of the car than the Americans which will affect sales and depreciation. I think after 2-3 years the prices will be much like the Supra here used in the mid 30s.

Since Supra is getting a manual late 2022 that will increase competition for Nissan.

We do get sun in England contrary to popular belief. You wouldn't believe we get a lot of sunshine for the amount of days it rains. I would say fully sunny days are less than a partial sunny day.

I rather get a Supra next than deal with the trouble of tacking on £10,000+ to the price for shipping and customs. Its not worth it for what youre getting.

Stateside ppl are getting impatient with this now. The longer they leave it the more of a performance gap with direct rivals and other cars that perform same/better at sim pricepoint. Don't think it's special enough to import one over sadly

Ill always Love Z but common sense must prevail. This car is 5 years late. They couldn't get board approval while Ghosn was there. Its only due to fan fare they did another car. Z34.2. Yeah a few dealers and specialists could import it and resell it on finance. The hefty price tag put it in the range of superior cars.

Its time for those fans im US who begged for this car to put up or shut up. They must show it in sales and mark ups are part and parcel of American market.

The rear of the car with that wing....not sure about that.

Like every manufacturer these days they are capping the number of cars that can be built due to chip and parts shortages, I don't think they will be able to make the numbers they need. As for mark ups, lots of manufactures are stating here that dealers must sell at list price.

Yep. Maybe youll be able to compare the Stang and the Z if you can get a test drive. Different planets but would be interested to hear how both are to drive.
