hotrain69
Hey guys, circumstances has resulted in leaving the zed standing for a couple of months with no charge. Battery obviously dead but more worryingly turning the key does nothing in the door. HOW CAN I GET INTO THE CAR?? any ideas would be much appreciated. thanks. andy james
Flashback had a similar issue with his car a year ago. The manual door lock on most Z cars haven't been used since new so are seized solid with lack of use. Obviously you need to get the Bonnet open to be able to charge the battery so the fob works. Im sure he managed to get his hand inside the front wheel arch liner and pull on the release cable. Scratched hands/arms but its doable. Good luck mate.

Actually better to do it a slightly different way, so if anyone ever needs to know PM me.
