Kryptek49
Getting my wheels fully refurbed in a couple of weeks, and I want to change the colour a bit. My Zeds black, so I feel I'm not really left with a lot of options in colours. I think black is a bit too much, and the OEM silver is a bit dull. Anyone got any recommendations on colours? Or any photos of what you've got done on yours? Top of my list atm is a bronze colour. Thanks.
ilogikal1
On black? Literally anything.

I was hoping a few people might have pictures of their wheels that I could use for inspiration. I don't want it to be to in your face, just something subtle & sweet. LRF4N
Anthracite or smoked chrome What wheels are you running? I’ve seen satin/matt finishes on some wheels that look great

Maybe gold but that sounds a bit much for me

LRF4N
Not sure how well it would suit rays, worth getting someone to try photoshopping it When I was refurbing mine I wanted satin grey but it suited multispokes more than wide spokes, went for gunmetal in the end
Ben–350Z
Take it you've seen this thread? Okay, not a black Zed, but at least gives some idea of what the wheels look like in different colours... I may be being influenced by looking at pics of my old Focus ST, but maybe white?
Umster
Black has all the options. It's your calipers which need to contrast with the alloys. Personally would say gun metal alloys and red calipers. That's a safe bet and will look mean. Wanna be risky? Try copper/bronze alloys and gold/yellow calipers.

Not sure how a copper colour would contrast with the gold brembos, hopefully it works! I'm going to download photoshop and see if I can work out how to do it on there. zelda
Shadow chrome. If I did them again I'd do them white. Edited August 9, 2019 by zelda
