Resonated or non res with stock exhaust?

Hi guys...

 

I've got a stagea with the VQ35DE, it's based on the same platform as the 350z.

 

I want a bit more noise in the cabin. I've got a popcharger that I bought from another member on here that still needs fitting, which I've heard makes a great noise.

 

I've still got the stock Nissan exhaust on, but wondered if getting decats would release a bit more V6 noise for me in the cabin.

 

I'm not bothered for going down the route of a full custom exhaust.

 

I know it's been covered a few times in different situations, but not with the standard exhaust, I think.

 

I'm also fine with losing a touch of power / torque if the trade off is some great noise.

 

So what are people's thoughts / opinions / experiences, please... would resonated be the better noise or non resonated?
