coldel
Has anyone had a go at this, as in like a homemade full colour change? I am wondering in the short term recolouring my 'tan' leather seats in the VX. Is there a decent kit out there that does a good job?
cmck13
Have a look at Glipstone best known make for colour restoring. However that means restoring the original colour back to new. Changing the colour will have seperate issues. Worth a look at them though.
ilogikal1
Might be worth reaching out to Ricey, he’s been doing a fair bit of leather colouring over at Revolve so might have some advice. Not sure he really comes on here much anymore though.

Ricey
Always welcome to give me a bell squire 07739755078 It’s a very involved and initially scary job. Requires equipment and good products though. Doable if you’ve the time and money.

I have gone off the idea thanks mate, think I will have to fond some cash to fork for work done - bloody expensive this reupholstering lark, been quoted between 1k and 3k for the door cards and seats! I'd recolour a job like that for probably £500 so a grand isn't bad. That said a grand sounds very cheap in the world of reupholstering. Si from Mondo Hide and seat would probably be able to give you an idea but he's a tough cookie to get hold of!
