Paul1982
Hi guys, Really need your help please... OK, so I have a 2002 fairlady z - the car was imported a few years back. It has a bose sub so I assumed I needed the connects 2 bose harness, but once it arrived it was clear most of the wires didn't connect up. So I purchased the normal harness. Sadly both have the same issue, the amp doesn't seem to be getting powered up. Ive read up and it says the car should have a green/yellow wire which is the amp power supply. But I literally can not see it anywhere. Ive attached two pictures, if anyone can help I'd be extremely grateful as it's stressing me out. Cheers Paul
chrislich
Did it work before putting in the new stereo?
mr v6
Not sure if the Fairlady wiring is the same, but a few weeks ago I used the Incartec 29-674 harness with the Pioneer patch lead for the steering wheel controls. See my topic below yours, you may get a pointer? My guess is you've not connected the blue wire from your new harness to the blue wire on the harness of your new head unit. Also be sure to connect the 2nd blue wire on your new harness to the new radio's harness, it's for the power aerial.
