HEADPHONES
Went to cinema today to take the kids to see Mary Poppins. The sub bass from 2:00 was worth the £4.99 ticket price alone Anybody else loving this opening. (Minimum needs headphones to appreciate the organ churning bass experienced in the cinema!)
Wayne370Z
Yeah, I always love hearing that each time I go cinema.
The Bounty Bar Kid
Wow you really haven't been in years have you? It is good but it's been around for ages. That second bit anyways.
Andy_Muxlow
Blimey what a noise. Haven't heard anything like that here in Peterborough as we have a showcase which was nothing like that the last time I went lol
GranTurismoEra
That was awesome. We need more bass tests.
neo
yeah dolby atmos is great, we have a showcase cinema de lux at nottigham, different video, still shows off the awesome audio . all the seats, no matter the screen number, are large lazy boy recliners, if the film is dull you can have a great nap Edited February 20, 2019 by neo
sipar69
Can’t do cinemas these days. Too old and grumpy to put up with all the noise people make during the film. Big TV and a decent sound bar is as close as I get. I would quite like an Atmos home system.
HEADPHONES
I upgraded from a 10" sub to a 500w BK Monolith+ 12 incher. My home movies and internal organs have never been the same since Edited February 15, 2019 by HEADPHONES

And it is really annoying when you have paid a few quid to watch the movie in the cinema and then fall asleep ...

For the first time in nearly 3 years I was able to go to the Cinema last weekend. Happened to be a Vue, the show we went to see 'Hey Duggee' at the Cinema. I can tell you a bunch of 2-3 years old doesn't quite appreciate the Vue sound demo as some of you guys here :).
