michaelgordon
I've just bought a 350z and the brakes aren't great so want to replace all round. I have a budget of around 500 and have sort of narrowed down to RTS performance discs and HPs 5.0 pads. Is this a good combination? Any other recommendations? No track use but like to drive spirited on the road.
Adrian@TORQEN
Hi Michael, Have a quick look here for some reviews on the StopTech packs as an alternative, slightly more expensive, but top quality combo: https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/121354-350z-stoptech-hawk-complete-upgrade-pack-review/ https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/119780-stoptech-hawk-review/ https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/115424-review-stoptech-street-pads-slotted-discs/
michaelgordon
Thanks Adrian. Bit too far off my budget. Also need tyres and all fluids ect so am quite limited and even the 50p is stretching to get something decent

michaelgordon
Tarmac also have the ebc redstuff and slotted disc set coming in at roughly the same price.
Bosch
Have a look at DBA T2 with Hawk HPS pads or Stoptech pads. I think I got mine for around £500, but can't remember the exact price. I'm very happy with them. Limited track use, but plenty off hooning around the streets.
