So I visited Manchester Tyre Services in Openshaw again. http://www.manchestertyreservicesltd.co.uk Not posh, but a nice clean family run outfit who've just got a new ramp installed. Most importantly they have a Megamount Smart machine! This is how the machine looks in action.
